From what age can you go paragliding at the Puy de Dôme?
Takamaka packages are available to participants aged 5 and up (minimum weight 20kg), subject to medical restrictions and specific participation requirements. Children must be able to take the few steps necessary for takeoff and landing. Please also check the weight limits applicable to your chosen package.
Do you need to be athletic to go on a tandem paragliding flight?
No, no prior paragliding experience is required. However, you must be able to take a few running steps during both takeoff and landing. If you have any physical limitations or medical concerns, please contact the team before booking.
