Level required :

• Physical: good physical condition (cardiac or asthma problems, respiratory problems, etc. --> bring your medication with you and let us know if you've recently had a serious injury).
• Technique: No need to be a professional, whether you are a beginner or looking for a leisurely stroll, we adapt our routes!

The activity includes :

• Bike rental
• Safety equipment (full-face helmet, gloves, knee and elbow pads)
• Supervision by a state-qualified guide.

  Please remember to bring :

• Sportswear (long-sleeved T-shirt, shorts and sneakers)
