Level required :

Physical: Good physical condition (cardiac or asthma problems, respiratory problems, etc.) --> bring your medication with you, and let us know if you've recently had a serious injury.
Technique: be able to ride a mountain bike or a bike on varied terrain, be able to lift your buttocks out of the saddle and have no fear of going downhill.
