When can I fly during the year?
Hot air balloon flights are possible all year round when weather conditions allow.
Indeed, conditions must be perfect to ensure a peaceful and unforgettable flight.

Where can I take my hot air balloon flight?
We have two departure points:
At the foot of the Puy-de-Dôme for the flight above the Chaîne des Puys
At Lac Chambon for the flight above the Massif du Sancy
How many people can fit in the basket?
Our basket can accommodate up to 10 people in addition to our pilot. A minimum of 2 people is required in the balloon to take off.
What if we want to be alone?
If there are only 2 of you and you would prefer to have the balloon to yourselves, you have the option to privatise the flight at a special rate.
How long does a flight last?
Your flight will last approximately 1 hour but the total experience will last 3 hours.
What if I am afraid of heights?
Hot air ballooning is a very calm and peaceful activity, during which you will not experience any sensation of dizziness. The take-off is gentle, and there is no feeling of emptiness. The distance from the ground is quickly forgotten, thanks to the magnificent landscape stretching out before you.
Should I book well in advance?
It is best to secure a time slot as soon as possible, if you want to make sure you can go hot air ballooning on your preferred date and time.
