📋 Wear sportswear (fitted trousers, closed-toe shoes) and bring a water bottle — helmets are provided. ⏱️ The actual ride lasts 1h10 to 1h30 depending on weather and group level (total experience: 2h). ⚠️ Not recommended for pregnant women, no baby seat, group limited to 7 people maximum. Two rates available: adult (from 17 years) and child up to 16 years old. 📍 Departure: Aydat lake, Forêt du Lot, 63970 Aydat.
