📋 The canyon used (Arcueil or Cornillou) is chosen on the day based on water flow. 👟 Bring two pairs of shoes (one dry + one for the canyon — no smooth soles or windsurfing shoes), a swimsuit, towel and change of clothes — neoprene wetsuit, helmet and harness are provided. ⚠️ Reserved for people who can swim, from age 10.
