Description

Before the seminar day kicks off, before the meetings, the decisions and the back-to-back activities, give your teams a moment to pause. A yoga session in Auvergne, at sunrise over the volcanoes, in the garden of your hotel or in the heart of a mountain trail, is the signal that something different is starting today. Takamaka Clermont offers a corporate yoga experience that comes entirely to your location, adapted to all levels and all profiles, from regular practitioners to complete beginners.

The session can take countless forms depending on your preferences and programme: morning yoga paired with breakfast for a gentle start before a busy day, yoga in nature during a hike or snowshoe outing, a session on a paddleboard on an Auvergne lake for the more adventurous, or integrated directly into a Takamaka activity. Flexibility is never a requirement: all exercises are adaptable and the instructor adjusts to every participant.

Corporate yoga near Clermont-Ferrand naturally creates a first moment of collective connection, a shared space of breathing and presence that prepares minds for the rest of the day. No maximum group size, no site constraints: Takamaka Clermont comes to you, wherever you are in Auvergne.

How the activity works

1

Setup and welcome

The Takamaka Clermont yoga instructor arrives at your venue, indoors or outdoors depending on the chosen format, and sets up the practice space. The group is welcomed in a calm and caring atmosphere. A brief conversation allows the instructor to assess levels and any physical considerations in order to adapt the session to the actual group.
2

Wake-up and breathing phase

The session opens with a gentle phase focused on breathing and body awareness. This is the moment to release the tensions of the previous day, settle the mind into the present and prepare muscles and joints for the practice ahead. The Auvergne setting, whether that means a view of the volcanoes, fresh mountain air or morning light, contributes naturally to this settling-in.
3

The practice: postures and flows

The instructor guides the group through a series of postures and flows adapted to the collective level. Exercises alternate between stretching, gentle strengthening and balance work, with variations offered for beginners and more experienced practitioners. No one is pushed beyond their comfort zone and everyone progresses at their own pace in a serene atmosphere.
4

Final relaxation and return to stillness

The session closes with a guided relaxation phase, lying down on the mat, which allows the body and mind to integrate the benefits of the practice. This is often the most appreciated moment, the one that makes everyone want to come back. The group leaves recharged, at ease and ready to take on the seminar day with renewed energy.

Why choose Takamaka ?

The strength of the Takamaka Clermont yoga offer is its complete flexibility. Where other activities impose a fixed venue and time slot, yoga comes to you, wherever you want, whenever it suits, in the format that fits best with your seminar programme. With 7 years of experience organising corporate events in Auvergne, Takamaka Clermont knows how to slot a yoga session into a day that also includes other activities or working meetings without adding any logistical complexity.

The session is always adapted to the actual group, not to an ideal one. Whether your team includes committed practitioners or people who have never rolled out a mat, the instructor adjusts every posture and exercise so that everyone gets something genuinely beneficial and accessible out of the experience. No judgement, no competition: just a shared moment of wellbeing.

Corporate yoga is also one of the very few activities that works equally well in the context of an intensive seminar, as a way to decompress between working sessions, and in a day of incentive and territory discovery. Takamaka Clermont helps you find the format and timing that best matches your objectives.
